Every heritage work in our collections tells part of its story in its title. The Zebra of Integrity. A Golden Legacy of Provision. A Home For Long Term Dreams. The titles invite you to look for meaning beyond the image itself, and the collections gather those meanings into four families, each with its own character and its own natural place in a home or an institution.
The Wild Kingdom. Africa's wildlife has always carried meaning, and The Wild Kingdom draws on that language: the focus of the cheetah, the journey of the elephant, the integrity of the zebra and the harmony of the open plains. The collection's themes are resilience, leadership and balance within nature. These are works with presence, at home in a study, a boardroom, a lodge, or the living room of a collector of African heritage art.
The Botanical Collection. Where The Wild Kingdom speaks of strength, the Botanical Collection speaks of growth. Flowers, fields and landscapes are stitched as symbols of renewal and of the nurturing power of nature, and several titles tie that growth to learning and provision: A Bridge to Higher Learning, A Grandmother's Legacy of Learning, A Golden Legacy of Provision. The works bring warmth and calm to dining rooms, reception areas and executive offices. Among them is The Shared Masterpiece, one of the largest works we offer.
Heart and Hearth. Home is a place of belonging, and Heart and Hearth captures it in houses, cottages and peaceful scenes of everyday life. The collection celebrates family, stability and the quiet beauty of ordinary days, and titles such as A Home For Long Term Dreams and The Cottage of Productivity turn a house into a hope. These are works for entrance halls and family rooms, for hospitality spaces that want to feel welcoming, and for anyone marking a move into a new home.
Majestic Mane. Horses in motion stand for freedom, endurance and strength, and Majestic Mane portrays them with determination and momentum. The works speak of teamwork and the pursuit of progress, which is why they are so often considered for corporate offices and boardrooms. Many are large, commanding pieces: The Foundation Of The Herd is among the most substantial works in our heritage collections, while The Stallion's Focus brings the same energy to a smaller wall.
Reading a title. Many of the titles link an image to a human quality: focus, integrity, provision, productivity. When you choose a work, the title can matter as much as the picture. A zebra of integrity in a boardroom says something about how an organisation wants to be seen. A home for long term dreams in a family room says something about the people who live there.
Choosing between collections. Start with the room and the people who use it. Offices and boardrooms often suit The Wild Kingdom and Majestic Mane. Homes lean towards Heart and Hearth and the Botanical Collection. Hospitality spaces can draw on all four: wildlife for a lodge lounge, botanicals for a restaurant, homes and cottages for guest corridors. These are suggestions, not rules. The right work is the one whose story you want to live with.
One of one, and made by hand. Every work in the four collections is unique, hand-stitched by artisans trained through our partner workshops, which work with women, youth, persons with disabilities and individuals in recovery. When a work finds its home, it is shown as Private Collection and is not made again.
